- tonno
- salsa di pomodoro
- alloro
- vino nero
- olio evo
- sale


PREPARAZIONE

Tagliare a fette il tonno, lavarlo, asciugarlo e metterlo a rosolare in una casseruola con olio.

Versare poi un bicchiere di vino nero.

Quando questo è assorbito, aggiungere un po' di salsa, una foglia di alloro e il sale.

Far cuocere lentamente.

Si può mangiare anche freddo.
