INGREDIENTI

  • grive (tordi o merli)
  • acqua
  • sale
  • mirto

PREPARAZIONE

Spennare le grive, bruciacchiarle e lavarle.

Immergerle nell'acqua salata senza togliere loro le interiore, unirle fra loro con un rametto per il becco a gruppi di 8 (una taccula).

Una volta cotte, prima.che si raffreddino, riporle in speciali sacchette di tela piene di mirto.

Si mangiano fredde e durano parecchi giorni.
