  • lardo
  • prezzemolo
  • sale
  • volendo un po' di aglio

PREPARAZIONE

Si pesta la carne ridotta a fettine e la si cosparge del trito di lardo, prezzemolo, sale e aglio.

Si fanno degli involtini che si chiudono con uno stecchino.

Cuocere in olio e strutto.

Quando saranno quasi cotti, togliere il grasso dal tegame e versarvi un poco di brodo.

Lasciar finire di cuocere e servire.
