INGREDIENTI

  • fagioli
  • spinaci
  • prezzemolo
  • cipolla
  • pomodori freschi o secchi
  • sale
  • cotenna
  • pasta

PREPARAZIONE

Si mettono i fagioli a mollo dalla sera precedente.

La mattina si mettono in pentola 3 mestoli d'acqua per commensale, si getta la cotenna a pezzi, gli spinaci tagliati a fette, la cipolla a fettine, un pugnetto di prezzemolo e a seconda della stagione pomodori freschi tagliati a pezzetti o pomodori secchi lavati e tritati, sale.

Si fa bollire tutto sino a cottura dei fagioli, poi si getta la pasta per il minestrone.

Lasciar cuocere e servire.
