INGREDIENTI

  • pane raffermo
  • salsa di pomodoro
  • pecorino non stagionato

PREPARAZIONE

Tagliato a fette il pane di semola di grano duro, lo si immerge in acqua bollente.
(Mia mamma lo immergeva in una salsa piuttosto liquida di pomodori freschi durante l'estate).

Lo so ritira con la schiumarola e, servendosi di un piatto da portata si fanno strati di pane, salsa di pomodoro e pecorino non stagionato grattugiato.

Si termina col formaggio.
