INGREDIENTI

  • farina d'orzo
  • sale
  • ricotta secca

PREPARAZIONE

Si impasta la farina d'orzo con acqua salata caldissima.

Si lavora bene la pasta e se ne fanno poi dei bastoncini grossi più o meno quanto un dito, si tagliano a pezzetti e col pollice si schiacciano su UNU PALINI (canestro) dando loro la forma di gnocchi.

Cuocerli come normali gnocchi e condirli con ricotta secca grattugiata.
