  • patate
  • acqua
  • pasta
  • merca (formaggio secco salato)

PREPARAZIONE

Versare nell'acqua le patate tagliate a dadini.

Quando sono quasi cotte versare la pasta da minestrone ed infine la merca (messa precedentemente a mollo per perdere un po' il sale) ben schiacciata e ridotta in poltiglia con l'acqua stessa della minestra.

Non occorre sale.
