INGREDIENTI

  • farri (semola d'orzo)
  • brodo
  • formaggio fresco
  • menta essiccata e ridotta in polvere

PREPARAZIONE

Versare a pioggia in 2 litri di brodo circa 200 g di farri.

Lasciar cuocere per circa mezz'ora a fuoco dolce, rimestando ogni tanto in modo che non si formino grumi.

Un momento prima di togliere dal fuoco, versarvi 150 g di formaggio fresco a pezzi e, se si preferisce, un po' di menta.
