Chicken with Orange Butter Sauce
- Season 3 chicken thighs with sprinkle of salt and pepper on each side. Sit for 30 minutes and use kitchen paper towel to them up.
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add chicken with the skin down first. Sear for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Take it out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of butter, 2 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of sugar, 3 long pieces of thyme, 1 Tbsp of orange zest, one cup of fresh squeezed orange juice and one cup of chicken broth
- Add chicken, close the lid medium heat continue cook until well done (8-10 minutes)
- Add more salt if needed. Ready to serve
