Sizzling Beef Pan Fried Noodles

  1. Cut 8 oz of sirloin beef into slices
  2. Marinate beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Cut half yellow onion and half red bell pepper in strips, set aside
  4. Cut 2-3 scallions into 3 inches long pieces
  5. Boil 2 dry egg noodles to soft (2-3 minutes) and rinse with cold water
  6. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil. Add noodles (do not stir), cook to crispy golden brown on each side. Take noodle out and drain the excessive oil
  7. Add 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic to the same cooking pan
  8. Add beef stir-fry to medium (around 2 minutes), then add cut yellow onion and red bell pepper
  9. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 cup of chicken broth continue cook for another minute
  10. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken sauce
  11. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil
  12. Heat up sizzling plate, then brush a thin layer of oil
  13. Put the pan fried crispy noodle on the sizzling plate, then pour the beef and sauce on top of the noodle. Ready to serve
