Chicken Lo Mein
Chicken Lo Mein
- Cut 1 chicken breast into medium size slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 1 cup of mushroom, 1 cup of Napa cabbage, 1 cup of broccoli into small pieces, set aside
- Rinse 1 cup of bean sprout with cold water, set aside
- Cut half cup of shredded carrot, set aside
- Boil fresh noodles cook to ready to use
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add chicken cook to well done, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine. Take the chicken out set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same pan, add noodles stir fry for few minutes, then add cut vegetables
- Stir-fry noodles and vegetables for few minutes, then add 1.5 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, pinch of salt and white pepper powder
- Add chicken and bean sprout continue cook for few more minutes minute
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve.
