Ciambelline sarde

  • 1 kg di farina 00, io uso Caputo pasticceria
  • 400 g di zucchero
  • 4 uova intere + 2 tuorli
  • 2 bustine di lievito
  • 350 g di strutto
  • scorza di 2 limoni
  • (Cannella q.b)

Fare una frolla classica: unire lo zucchero allo strutto morbido, poi le uova intere ed i tuorli, gli aromi ed infine la farina setacciata con il lievito. Far riposare la pasta per almeno 30 minuti. Stendere la pasta sottile 2 mm, ritagliare le formine e cuocere a 170 °C fino a doratura. Unire le due ciambelle con marmellata e spolverizzare di zucchero a velo.
