Ricetta:

  • 5 uova
  • 200 g zucchero
  • 200 g farina

Attenta a non farli appiattire

Ecco il procedimento:
monta bene i rossi con un po’ di zucchero, aggiungi un cucchiaio di farina dopo montati e mescoli un po’, gli albumi non vanno montati troppo 💪🏻

Niente lievito in questa ricetta
Il lievito nei biscotti non va messo. E solo questione di montare bene le uova
