Sizzling Chicken
- Debone and de-skin 4 pieces of chicken thighs, cut into large pieces (each thighs cut to 6 pieces)
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of five spice powder, 1 tsp of ginger powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours.
- Cut 3 cups of broccoli into pieces, 2 cups of green cabbage and 2 cups of carrots into small pieces, set aside
- Boil broccoli in hot water for 30 seconds, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add cut green cabbage and carrot cook for few minutes, set aside
- Use the same cooking pan add 1 Tbsp of oil, add chicken pan sear for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until turn golden brown
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine and 1 Tbsp of chicken broth continue cook for another minute
- Optional: heat up a hot plate, then brush some oil on the top. Place the vegetable on the side, then chicken in the middle. Ready to serve
