Peanut Butter Noodles 花生醬拌麵
- Pre-cook fresh flour noodles in boiled hot water for 6 minutes, rinse with cold water. Set aside
- Cut one cup of cucumber into strips. set aside
- Mix 2 Tbsp of peanut butter, 2 Tbsp of water, 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of vinegar, 1 Tbsp of sugar, pinch of salt and white pepper, and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil in a big bowl
- Add more water if the sauce is too thick, then add 2 cups of cooked noodle and mix well
- Put cut cucumber on top of noodle, ready to serve.
