火鍋肥牛粉絲煲 Thin Cut Beef with Cellophane Noodles
- Soak 2 packages of cellophane noodles in water until soft
- Cut 4 cups of Napa cabbage into pieces, set aside
- Medium heat claypot with 1 Tbsp of oil, then add 1 Tbsp of shredded ginger and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add Napa cabbage stir fry for a minute, then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, pinch of salt and 3 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of hot water
- Add noodles on top of the cabbage
- Add 6 oz of thin cut beef (cut for hot pot) on top of the noodles
- Put the cover on, turn down to medium low heat cook for 5 minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, handful of chopped scallions and cilantro. Ready to serve
