椒鹽豬扒 Salt & Pepper Pork Chops
- Prepare 4 pieces of medium size thin cut boneless pork chops, tenderize them by pounding on both sides, then cut them into 2-3 inches pieces each
- Marinate pork chops with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 3 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp of water, and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 1 large jalapeño pepper into small pieces (remove seeds), set aside
- Cut 1 large yellow onion and half red bell pepper into small dices, set aside
- Place marinated pork chops in air-fryer cook at 300˚F for 12 minutes, then 400˚F for 6 minutes, flip over half way.
- Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, then add cut onions and peppers cook for a minute.
- Turn to medium heat, add cooked pork chop, then sprinkle 2 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of white pepper powder
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
