Red Oil Wonton 紅油炒手
- Marinate 1.5 pounds of ground pork with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced ginger, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 4 Tbsp of chicken broth and 2 Tbsp of sesame oil for few hours.
- Use ready-made wonton wrapper (~1 Tbsp ground pork per wrapper)
- Boil the wonton in hot water until cooked (2 to 3 minutes)
- Mix 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp of minced ginger, 1 Tbsp of peanut butter, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 3 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 2 Tbsp of red chili oil and 2 Tbsp of sesame oil
- Put 4 Tbsp of red oil mix on top of the cooked wonton, then 1 Tbsp of chopped scallions and 2 Tbsp of chopped peanuts. Ready to serve
