Pan di Spagna al cacao

6 uova
200g di zucchero
160g di farina
40g di cacao
Vaniglia

Montare uova e zucchero per 20 minuti.
Aggiungere la vaniglia e le polveri setacciate.
Versare l'impasto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata, io 35×45, a 160g per 35/40 minuti.
Fare prova stecchino.
Sfornare e far raffreddare completamente prima di sformare.
