Arnhem
Arnhem is a Dutch city near the German border.
Crossed by the river Reno, it is famous because an important battle for control of the bridge took place here in September 1944, during which many soldiers died.
The Arnhem's bridge was in fact of vital importance as it easily allowed the troops to cross the river.
The Arnhem's bridge was destroyed by American bombers in October 1944
now, the bridge has been fully rebuilt :)
The city have also been completely destroyed during WW2.
The city of Arnhem was completely rebuilt after the war and is now very beautiful, even if perhaps a little small.
The church was also re-built
