Chicken With Black Bean Sauce 豉椒雞片
- Cut 2 chicken breast into medium size slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 1 yellow onion, half red bell pepper and half green pepper into square size, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir fry for few minutes, then add cut onion and bell peppers
- Add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of spicy black bean paste, 1 tsp of sugar and half cup of chicken broth
- Continue cook for few more minutes, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
