Shrimp Pan-Fried Noodles 蝦球兩面黃
- Peeled and devein shrimp (8 pieces).
- Marinate shrimp with pinch of salt & white pepper powder, 1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 1 cup of carrot into slices, 2 cups of broccoli and 2 cups of Napa cabbage into small pieces, set aside
- Boil 2 dry egg noodles to soft (2-3 minutes) and rinse with cold water
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil. Add noodles (do not stir), cook to crispy golden brown on each side. Take noodle out and drain the excessive oil
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add shrimp cook for few minutes, take it out set aside
- Use the same cooking pan, add all cut vegetables
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and 1.5 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of hot water continue cook for few more minutes
- Add shrimp and few baby corns, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, then place the shrimp and vegetables on top of the noodles. Ready to serve
