INGREDIENTI

  • 300 g di pomodori secchi sott'olio ben sgocciolati
  • 50 g di nocciole
  • 20 g di capperi sotto aceto ben scolati
  • erba cipollina
  • noce moscata
  • pepe rosa
  • olio evo

PREPARAZIONE

Ponete tutti gli ingredienti nel mixer e frullare sino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e ben mixato.

Conservate in frigo, sigillato in un contenitore ermetico sino al momento di servire.

Questo paté si conserva in frigorifero sino a 6 giorni se ben sigillato.
