BARCHETTE DI RADICCHIO ALLA MOUSSE DI STRACCHINO

INGREDIENTI

  • 200 g di mascarpone
  • 200 g di formaggio fresco tipo stracciatella
  • chicchi di melagrana
  • 12 piccole foglie di radicchio trevigiano
  • sale e pepe bianco

PREPARAZIONE

Schiacciate con una forchetta il mascarpone ed amalgamatelo alla stracciatella, sale, pepe.

Farcite le foglie di trevigiana con la mousse decorando con chicchi di melagrana.
