My Desktop

Well, this is my desktop. It's where most of the work on the Full Circle Magazine website happens. I'm running Ubuntu 7.04 (with a patched kernel).
The desktop is just Beryl with the XFCE 4 Panel -- no GNOME, no KDE.
It's quite fast and lightweight. The theme is Ubuntu Studio (you can get it from their repositories. There are instructions at ubuntustudio.org). The Emerald theme is Sky.
All of this is running on a 17 inch MacBook Pro with a 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM and a 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1600.
