Pan-Fried Minced Pork with Oyster Sauce
Pan-Fried Minced Pork with Oyster Sauce
- Marinate 8 oz of minced pork with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of garlic powder, pinch of white pepper powder and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil for few hours
- Cut 1 cup of yellow onion and scallions into small pieces, set aside
- Rinse a cup of bean sprout in water, set aside
- Scramble 3 eggs, set aside
- Mix all above ingredients in a large bowl
- Medium low heat with 3 Tbsp of oil, add the pork and vegetables with egg slowly pan-fry until golden brown on both sides (5-6 minutes)
- Mix 1 cup of water, half cup of chicken broth, 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 1 Tbsp of sugar boil to hot
- Add cornstarch mix with water to thicken the sauce
- Pour oyster sauce on top of the cooked minced pork, ready to serve
