Garlic Butter Seafood Pasta 蒜香牛油海鮮意粉
- Peeled and devein 8 pieces of shrimp.
- Season shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper powder, 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 tsp of oil
- Prepare 8 pieces of green mussels by rinse them with salt and water, set aside
- Prepare 6 oz of calamari by remove the head, skin and middle soft bone. Cut calamari into an inch pieces
- Marinate cut calamari with pinch of salt and white pepper powder, 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 tsp of oil
- Low heat cooking pan with 3 Tbsp of butter, 2 Tbsp of minced garlic and 2 Tbsp of chopped yellow onion cook for couple minutes
- Add shrimp cook to golden brown on each sides, remove shrimp from the pan
- Add calamari and green mussels, then add half squeeze fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp of salt, 2 Tbsp of white wine and quarter cup of chicken broth cook to boil
- Add pre-cook spaghetti pasta in the butter sauce. Mix well and then add cooked shrimp
- Mix well and sprinkle black pepper. Ready to serve
