Pan-Fried Pork Belly 香煎五花肉
- Cut one pound of pork belly into large thin slices (2 inches in length)
- Marinate pork belly with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of ginger powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add pork belly slowly pan-fry on both sides until golden brown (around 3-5 minutes)
- Take pork belly out of the pan, then add 2 Tbsp of chopped scallions and 2 Tbsp of chopped red chili peppers
- Put the scallion red chili on top of the pork belly, ready to serve. (Good to serve as lettuce wrap)
