Steamed Chicken Wings with Chinese Sausage 臘腸蒸雞翼
- Prepare 6 pieces of chicken wings, cut them in half
- Marinate chicken wings with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 3-4 Chinese sausage (臘腸) into large slices, set aside
- Mix chicken wings with cut Chinese sausage, add few slices of gingers and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil.
- Sprinkle few chopped fresh red chili peppers on the top
- Put chicken wings in a steamer high heat steam for 12-14 minutes, turn off heat and let it sit for 3 minutes
- Sprinkle some chopped scallions and ready to serve
