Sautéed Chicken with String Beans

  1. Debone and de-skin 2 pieces of chicken thighs cut into small pieces
  2. Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Prepare half pound of string beans by remove the tip of the stem end on both ends, cut into an inch and half size, set aside
  4. Cut half red bell pepper and half yellow onion into strips, set aside
  5. Boil a pot of hot water, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil, then add cut string beans cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Rinse the string beans with water, set aside
  7. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of cooking oil
  8. Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes, then add cut red bell pepper, yellow onion and string bean
  9. Add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of black bean sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 2 Tbsp of chicken broth
  10. Continue stir fry for few more minutes
  11. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
