Sautéed Chicken with String Beans
- Debone and de-skin 2 pieces of chicken thighs cut into small pieces
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Prepare half pound of string beans by remove the tip of the stem end on both ends, cut into an inch and half size, set aside
- Cut half red bell pepper and half yellow onion into strips, set aside
- Boil a pot of hot water, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil, then add cut string beans cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Rinse the string beans with water, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of cooking oil
- Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes, then add cut red bell pepper, yellow onion and string bean
- Add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of black bean sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 2 Tbsp of chicken broth
- Continue stir fry for few more minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
