Caramello salato

  • 200 gr. zucchero
  • 200 ml panna
  • 100 gr. Burro
  • 1 cucchiaio succo limone
  • 1 cucchiaino sale


Sciogliere lo zucchero dolcemente, aggiungendo il limone, quando è sciolto a fiamma dolce, aggiungere lentamente mescolando la panna e poi il burro a pezzetti, far sciogliere e amalgamare il tutto poi mettere in un vasetto sterilizzato. Pronto per essere utilizzato quando è freddo.
