The French scene is not really easy to approach for the guy who doesn't know much about it, however well-intentioned he may be. Fortunately, more and more French zines are dedicated to Newbies.
So I decided to participate, in my own way, in the training of newbies. They are essential to the survival of the scene, and the foundations of Hacking want us to respect them.
I find it hard to be a newbie today, I'm a hacking newbie myself (I am not a phreaking newbie, but I'm not Elite either). It's true that you can be paranoid when you see all the assholes that hang out in the Usenets and on IRC, but you shouldn't be selfish either. I think there are too many guys who have forgotten that they used to be newbies too. Now they don't feel like pissing anymore and they're pissing off everyone, even better than them!
So I'm doing this zine in order to use what I know in phreaking, and what I'm learning in hacking. It's possible that I'll make some mistakes, and corrections, remarks or critics are welcome as long as they're not lamez insults. Eell yeah...I don't like jerks either.
Well, I hope you'll find something to your liking in this zine and that you won't forget that if some people accept to train us, it's not so that we'll become badgers who fart higher than their ass.
