Crab Rangoon
- Cut 6 oz of imitation crab meat into small pieces, set aside
- Soften 6 oz of cream cheese in room temperature
- Mix cut imitation crab meat and cream cheese in a big bowl, then add 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of chopped green onion and 1 Tbsp of chopped cilantro.
- Use spoon to mix them well
- Put half Tbsp of mixed crab meat cream cheese in the middle of wonton wrap
- Dip egg yolk on middle of all four edge, then connect them together and pinch it to create rangoon shape.
- Deep fry the crab meat rangoon in medium heat (around 325˚F) until turn golden brown. Ready to serve.
