Sautéed Chicken with Zucchini and Mushrooms

  1. Cut 2 chicken breast into medium size slices
  2. Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Soak 5 pieces of shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, remove stem and cut into pieces. Set aside
  4. Cut 2 zucchini into an inch and half stripes, set aside
  5. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  6. Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes, then add cut zucchini and mushrooms
  7. Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of ginger powder, pinch of white pepper powder and 1 cup of chicken broth cook for 4-5 minutes
  8. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
  9. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
