Sautéed Chicken with Zucchini and Mushrooms
- Cut 2 chicken breast into medium size slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Soak 5 pieces of shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, remove stem and cut into pieces. Set aside
- Cut 2 zucchini into an inch and half stripes, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry for few minutes, then add cut zucchini and mushrooms
- Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of ginger powder, pinch of white pepper powder and 1 cup of chicken broth cook for 4-5 minutes
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
