Shrimp Fried Rice

Shrimp Fried Rice
- Peeled and devein 6 pieces of shrimp.
- Season shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper powder, 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 tsp of oil
- Scramble 3 eggs, set aside
- Chopped half yellow onion into small pieces, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 tsp of of oil and half Tbsp of shredded ginger
- Add shrimp sautéed until well done (2-3 minutes)
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil, add chopped yellow onions cook until the onion turn blown
- Add scrambled eggs, then add rice immediately
- Mix the egg liquid with the rice together, keep stirring.
- Cook until the rice dry up, then add 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 2 Tbsp of frozen mixed vegetables and shrimp
- Continue stir fry for another minute, add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
