Steamed Lobster with Spicy Ginger Garlic Sauce
- Prepare three 1.25-1.5 pounds of live lobsters by cutting them in half down the center into two pieces, then cut into 3 pieces on each side. Break the lobster claws and cut the head into half.
- Use salt to clean the cut lobster pieces, then rinse them in cold water
- Soak 2 packs of bean vermicelli noodles in water until soft, set aside
- Mixed 2 tsp of minced garlic, 2 tsp of minced gingers, 1 tsp of jalapeño pepper, 1 tsp of red chili pepper and 2 Tbsp of cut scallions in a bowl
- Add 2 Tbsp of hot oil into the bowl, then add 2 tsp of soy sauce
- Place the bean noodles on the bottom of a serving plate, the put the cut lobster pieces on the top
- Use a small spoon equally put the ginger garlic sauce on top of the lobster
- Place the serving plate in a steamer high heat cook for 13 minutes
- Once its done, turn off heat and let it sit in the steamer for 2 more minutes
- Sprinkle some chopped scallions and cilantro on the top. Ready to serve
