Fried piadina
Ingredients
- 500 gr flour 00
- 250 cc of cooking cream
- 1/2 glass of beer
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Fresh brewer's yeast 5 gr
I mixed all the ingredients well at room temperature to form a dough that I wrapped in plastic wrap and left to rest for about an hour. I rolled 13 piadine with a rolling pin, about 4 mm thick and 15 cm in diameter.
Fried in hot sunflower oil.
