Roasted Pork Belly 燒肉
- Seasoned the pork belly meat (not skin) with a layer of salt, white pepper powder and five spices powder
- Polk the pork skin with a fork and brush a layer of vinegar (Put inside refrigerator overnight with cover)
- Use aluminum foil paper to wrap the meat portion.
- Place a thick layer of sea salt on the pork skin and put it in an air-fryer
- Set air-fryer at 380˚F for 20 minutes
- Take the pork belly out, remove the layer of sea salt and aluminum foil paper
- Put in back in the air-fryer at 400˚F for 8 minutes
- Take the pork belly out and let it cool off
- Cut in small pieces, ready to serve
