Sautéed Prawn and Squid with Broccoli
Sautéed Prawn and Squid with Broccoli
- Prepare 1 pound of fresh squid by removing soft bone and skin, cut diagonally into large pieces
- Season squid with 1 tsp of salt and white pepper powder
- Peeled and devein 10 pieces of jumbo shrimp
- Season shrimp with 1 tsp of salt, white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Boil a pot of hot water, add 1 Tbsp of salt and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add 3 cups of broccoli cook for a minute, then rinse with cold water
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and 1 Tbsp of shredded ginger
- Add squid cook until color change, then add shrimp
- Continue stir-fry for few minutes, add 1 cup of chicken broth
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
