Apple tartlets

Apple tartlets (dose for 9 plumcakes)
- 3 small or 2 large apples
- 3 medium eggs
- 150 g of flour 00
- 50 g of potato starch
- 180 g of sugar
- 56 g of seed oil
- 1 jar of whole yogurt
- Grated peel of 1 lemon + juice
- A few drops of vanilla essence
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Vanilla sugar to taste
First of all peel the apples, cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
In a bowl with the help of a whisk mix the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes, add the oil and yogurt and continue to mix with the help of a hand whisk.
Add the vanilla essence, grated lemon peel and salt.
Finally, add the sifted powders (flour, starch, yeast).
Divide the mixture into cups for 3/4 from the edge, decorate with sliced ββapples.
Cook in a static oven preheated to 200 Β° C for 20/25 min.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool and sprinkle with vanilla icing sugar.
