Ginger Garlic Tofu (Gluten-Free Cooking)

  1. Cut tofu in square shape and breaded with cornstarch
  2. Medium heat cooking pan fill with a quarter cup of oil.
  3. Deep fried tofu until golden brown, set aside.
  4. Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
  5. Add ginger (4 slices) and Garlic (4 gloves) cook for a minute
  6. Add 2 Tbsp of gluten-free soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 4 Tbsp of gluten-free chicken broth and 4 Tbsp of water.
  7. Continue low heat to reduce the juice
  8. Add tofu, turn to high heat for a minute
  9. Add 1 Tbsp of cut scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
