Sautéed Shrimp and Chicken in Sacha Sauce
Sautéed Shrimp and Chicken in Sacha Sauce
- Cut 1 chicken breast in slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Peeled and devein 8 pieces of shrimp
- Season the shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper, 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut 3 cups of mushrooms into slices, set aside
- Cut 4 sticks of celery into 2 inches pieces, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add shrimp continue cook for a minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, stir well take it out set aside
- Use the same cooking pan, add 1 Tbsp of oil then add 1 Tbsp of Sacha sauce (沙茶酱)
- Add cut celery and mushrooms stir fry for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of sugar
- Add chicken and shrimp continue stir-fry for few minutes
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
