Sautéed Shrimp and Chicken in Sacha Sauce

  1. Cut 1 chicken breast in slices
  2. Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
  3. Peeled and devein 8 pieces of shrimp
  4. Season the shrimp with pinch of salt and white pepper, 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
  5. Cut 3 cups of mushrooms into slices, set aside
  6. Cut 4 sticks of celery into 2 inches pieces, set aside
  7. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
  8. Add chicken stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add shrimp continue cook for a minutes
  9. Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, stir well take it out set aside
  10. Use the same cooking pan, add 1 Tbsp of oil then add 1 Tbsp of Sacha sauce (沙茶酱)
  11. Add cut celery and mushrooms stir fry for a minute
  12. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of sugar
  13. Add chicken and shrimp continue stir-fry for few minutes
  14. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
