Sautéed Beef with Vegetables
- Cut 8 oz of sirloin beef into slices
- Marinate beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut 4 cups of Napa cabbage, half red bell pepper, half crown of broccoli and one carrot into slices, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of hot and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add beef sautéed for 2 minutes, take it cook set aside
- Add all vegetables to the same cooking pan stir-fry for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and half cup of chicken broth continue for few minutes
- Add beef, then cook for a minute
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
