SHRIMP FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 grams.Of rice, I cooked it and let it cool.
- 500 grams.Of peeled head shrimp.
- 8 minced cloves of garlic.
- 5 chopped chilies.
- A bunch Of chopped green onion.
- A chopped red bell pepper.
- ½ Cup.Of yellow corn.

DIRECTIONS
Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, I combined the soy sauce with the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Step 2:
I heated a wok or wide frying pan and I drizzled over medium-high heat with 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil, then I sautéed 2 sliced garlic cloves and chili for 30 seconds.
Step 3:
After that, I added the shrimp and stir-fry for approximately 3 minutes until finished.
Step 4:
I added the onion, the sliced bell pepper, the yellow corn, and the rest of the garlic and I fried for 2 minutes, then I added the rice and the sauce that we created and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 5:
In the center of the plate, I added 1 tsp of oil and I break into the egg, then I scrambled the egg and eventually mixed it with the rice.
Step 6:
I turn the heat off and I added the green onion and basil to the mixture, and I prefer to serve it warm.
