Roast Pork with Bean Sprouts 叉燒炒芽菜
- Cut 8 oz of roast pork (叉燒) into large slices
- Rinse 1 pound of bean sprouts with cold water, use stainer and set aside
- Cut 1 cup of carrot into strips, set aside
- Cut 3 scallions into 2 inches, set aside
- High heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 4 cloves of garlic
- Add roast pork sautéed for 30 seconds, then add bean sprouts and carrot
- Keep stirring, then add pinch of salt and white pepper powder and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
- Add cut scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
