Grilled Chicken Skewers with Jalapeño Sauce
Grilled Chicken Skewers with Jalapeño Sauce
- Debone and de-skin 4 pieces of chicken thighs, cut to an inch pieces
- Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 fresh squeeze lime juice, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil overnight
- Use wood skewer to skew chicken around 4 pieces per stick
- Low heat grill pan to 325˚F. Once the pan is hot, put the skewer on the top
- Slowly grill and rotate chicken, normally grill for 15 minutes or until it is well done
- Sprinkle garlic powder and salt before remove from the grill
- Mix 1 cut jalapeño pepper, 1 scallion and 1 fresh red chili pepper in a bowl, then add 1 Tbsp of hot oil and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce. Sauce is ready to serve
