Beef Udon Stir Fry 牛肉炒烏冬
- Cut 8 oz of sirloin beef into slices
- Marinate beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Soak udon noodles in water until they separate, rinse dry and set aside
- Cut half yellow onion, half crowd of broccoli and 2 cups of mushrooms into small pieces, set aside
- Cut 3 scallions into 2 inches pieces, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add beef stir fry for 2 minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine cook another 30 seconds. Take it out set aside
- Add cut yellow onion, broccoli and mushroom to the same cooking pan stir fry for a minute, then add udon noodles
- Stir fry for few minutes, add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
- Add beef and continue stir fry for few more minutes
- Add cut scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
