Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry
- Cut 1 chicken breast in slices
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Prepare 2 cups of snow peas, remove strings and boil in hot water for 2 minutes. Rinse snow peas in cold water, then set aside
- Soak 6 pieces of shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, cut into small pieces. Set aside
- Cut carrot and baby corns, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add chicken cook for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine continue cook for a minute
- Add cut shiitake mushrooms, carrot, baby corn.
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, pinch of white pepper powder stir-fry for additional minute.
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
