Stir-Fried Shredded Pork with Celery
1. Cut 8 oz of pork loin into stripes
2. Marinate pork with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, pinch of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
3. Cut 5 sticks of celery into 2 inches pieces, set aside
4. Cut 1 carrot into thin slices, set aside
5. Cut few scallions into 2 inches pieces, set aside
6. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
7. Add pork stir-fry for few minutes, then add cut celery and carrot
8. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tsp of sugar continue stir-fry for few minutes
9. Add cut scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
