Tomato Beef Noodles Soup 番茄牛肉湯麵
- Cut 2 pounds of beef pot roast in large pieces
- Medium heat cooking pot, then add 4 cloves of garlic, 3 large slices of ginger, 2 star anises, 2 bay leaves and 1 cut yellow onion cook for a minute
- Add beef cook until slightly brown, then add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, and 2 Tbsp of cooking wine
- Add 6 cut large tomatoes and 8 cups of water
- Add 2 Tbsp of beef bouillon, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of white pepper powder
- Close the lid, turn to medium low heat cook for 1.5 hours
- Sprinkle chopped scallions and jalapeño pepper on top of noodles. Ready to serve
